Reddick's debut single "You Keep Hope Alive" was released in 2019 under TobyMac's Gotee label, and the live videos from Nashville's Church of the City received hundreds of thousands of views. Originally from Memphis, Reddick grew up singing in choirs and writing songs, eventually becoming a worship leader at a church in Memphis before moving to Texas and then Nashville. He has collaborated with renowned artists like Matt Redman, Tommy Sims, and Sheryl Crow to hone his songwriting skills. "You Keep Hope Alive" was inspired by the events in Charlottesville in 2017, and it was co-written with fellow worship pastors Anthony Skinner and Jess Cates.
