INTRO

VERSE 1

Your vow’s a covenant unbroken
You’ve made it known through history
Your love has never been unfaithful
Never walked out on me, never
walked out on me

I have no reason to doubt You
Who You have been You’ll always be
And though the
future’s still unfolding
With everything I’ve seen how
could I not believe

CHORUS 1

You are a promise keeper
Your word will never fail
My heart can trust You Jesus
I won’t be overwhelmed
My eyes are gonna see
miracles and victories
You are a promise keeper,
Your word will never fail

With everything I’ve seen how
could I not believe

You are a promise keeper
Your word will never fail
My heart can trust You Jesus

Your word will never fail

Promise Keeper - In the Bible [Verses & Devotional]

We all have promises we make to ourselves and to others. We make promises to our family, friends, and even God. But how often do we keep those promises?

The song “Promise Keeper” by Hope Darst reminds us that we can be promise keepers. We can be believers and lights in the dark. We can be faithful to our promises and to God.

The Bible tells us in Ecclesiastes 5:4-5, “When you make a promise to God, don’t delay in fulfilling it, for God takes no pleasure in fools. Fulfill what you promise. It is better not to make a promise than to make one and not fulfill it.”

We can be promise keepers by trusting in God and relying on His strength. We can be faithful to our promises and be a light in the darkness. We can be believers and trust that God will help us keep our promises.

Let us be promise keepers and believers. Let us be lights in the darkness and trust in God to help us keep our promises.
