Verse 1

My foes are many
they rise against me
But I will hold my ground
I will not fear the war
I will not fear the storm
My help is on the way
my help is on the way

Oh, my God, He will not delay
My refuge and strength always
I will not fear
His promise is true
My God will come through
always, always

chaos abounding
My soul will rest in You

I will not fear the storm
My help is on the way
my help is on the way

I lift my eyes up
my help comes from the Lord

Always - In the Bible [Verses & Devotional]

The song “Always” by Kristian Stanfill is a reminder that God is always with us, no matter what we face. The lyrics speak of the troubles and chaos that can surround us, but they also remind us that God is our refuge and strength. We can trust in Him and He will not delay in coming to our aid.

The Bible speaks of this truth in Psalm 46:1-3 which says, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.”

No matter what we face, God is always with us. He is our refuge and strength and He will never leave us. We can trust in Him and He will come through for us. He is always faithful and His promises are true. We can take comfort in knowing that He is always with us and He will never fail us.
