We are blessed to have the opportunity to call on the name of Jesus and to experience the power of His presence. In the song Open Heaven (River Wild) by Hillsong Worship, we are reminded of the signs and wonders that come from above when we pour out our spirit in the power of His presence.
The Bible tells us in Acts 2:17-18, “And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy.”
We can experience the power of the Holy Spirit when we call on the name of Jesus. We can experience dreams and visions of the Son and revelations of His love as we look to the heavens. We can be filled with the Holy Spirit and be consumed by His presence. We can be immersed in His mercy and restored in His glory.
Let us open our hearts and minds to the power of the Holy Spirit and allow Him to fill us with His love and grace. Let us call on the name of Jesus and experience the power of His presence. Let us be filled with the Holy Spirit and be restored in His glory.
