Joy To The World (Joyful, Joyful)
Phil Wickham

This is a full MainStage Concert replicating the exact sounds heard on the album. This template includes 2 patches and contains preset controller mappings within MainStage for playing the song in a live setting.

Patches Include:

5 Layer Piano: A five layer piano patch. The first layer covers the entire keyboard and uses a dark piano with heavy compression and reverb. Turning the first knob clockwise opens the cutoff filter of the piano. The second layer in the top portion of the keyboard (C#-4 and up) uses a bright glockenspiel that is transposed one octave up. The third layer in the top portion of the keyboard (C#-4 and up) uses a mid-range glockenspiel with a deeper tone. The fourth layer covers the entire keyboard and uses a warm, ambient synth pad. The fifth layer covers the top portion of the keyboard (C#-4 and up) and uses a bright, percussive, plucked strings sound. This final layer is added by raising the mod wheel.  The “ValhallaR” reverb plugin uses a large room reverb with a pre-delay of 10ms and a decay of 4s. The piano will work well with any reverb with similar settings.

Bass - Lead - Flute: A three layer synth. The first layer covers the lower portion of the keyboard (G-3 and down) and uses a deep, buzzy bass synth. The second layer in the middle portion of the keyboard (G#-3 to B-4) uses a bright, bell lead. The third layer covers the top portion of the keyboard (C-5 and up) and uses a flute mellotron.
