Piano: A two layer patch: The first layer uses a high-passed piano with moderate compression and reverb and a stereo 1/4 and dotted 1/4 note delay. The second layer is added by raising the mod wheel and uses a short, bright percussive synth that pulses on 1/8 notes. The “ValhallaR” reverb plugin uses a large room reverb with a pre-delay of 10ms and a decay of 3s. The piano will work well with any reverb with similar settings.
Pad - Lead: A two layer synth. The first layer covers the lower portion of the keyboard (E-4 and down) and uses a warm, ambient synth pad. The second layer in the top portion of the keyboard (F-4 and up) uses a pure, bell-like synth with a quick attack and moderate decay.
Pulse - Lead: A three layer synth. The first layer covers the lower portion of the keyboard (B-3 and down) and uses a bright, trance saw synth that swells and pulsing on 1/8 notes. The second layer covers the lower portion of the keyboard (B-3 and down) and uses a power saw with white noise and also pulses at a 1/8 note rate. The third layer in the top portion of the keyboard (C-4 and up) uses a bright, percussive, saw lead. All three sounds use octave harmonics.
