Lindy Cofer, a missionary, singer, songwriter, and worship leader with YWAM (Youth with a Mission), hails from Edmond, Oklahoma. In 2012, YWAM Kona established a team that now goes by the name Circuit Riders in Southern California. The band emerged as a result of their outreach on college campuses and in other nations.

Circuit Riders is headquartered in Huntington Beach, California, with over 200 full-time missionaries serving on various initiatives like Circuit Rider Music, CarryTheLove, TheSend, and more! The band's main objective is to demonstrate love for Jesus and help people encounter that love!
